WARRANTIES AND REFUNDS

If any product is defective home, you can return it within 7 days after receiving it and we will replace it with the same or refund your amount in the same manner in which it was paid, if desired .

To return a product you must take the following steps:

1. Indicate the order number.
2. Place the merchandise in its original packaging. (accept no signs of use, stains, etc.)
3. Indicate the reason for return.
4. Indicate that you want done with your credit (exchange or credit your account).
5. In exchange for a higher priced item will owe the difference.
6. Send the package to: (If possible, use the same logistics operator).
